Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your packages.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed once payment is successfully accepted.
  • Processing occurs during business days (Monday to Friday, EST), excluding major U.S. holidays:
    New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Cut-Off Time

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00) will be processed on the next business day.

Order Tracking

  • After processing (1–2 days), you will receive an email with a tracking link.
  • If you don’t receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
  • It may take 3–7 business days for tracking info to appear as the carrier scans your parcel into their system.

Personalized Orders

For customized products, please allow additional time for our design team to complete your request. The design timeline will depend on the complexity of your customization.


Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • International destinations

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout:

  • Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or undeliverable.
  • If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, it will be sent to our shipping partner’s warehouse and may be disposed of.
  • Re-shipping fees apply for returned orders.
  • We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or redirected by the carrier upon your request after leaving our warehouse.
