Return Window
- You may request a return within 180 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page or email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- Full name on the order
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Photos illustrating any defects or damage
- Whether you’d prefer a replacement or a refund
Eligibility
- Accepted: Non‑sale items in original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and accompanied by the original packing slip or sales receipt.
- Not Accepted: Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or missing tags; sale/clearance merchandise; personalized products with errors you provided.
Return Shipping
- Defective or damaged items: Return shipping is free.
- Other returns: Return shipping cost is $0.00 (you pay shipping).
How to Return
- Get Authorization: Email [email protected] or use our Contact Us page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return address.
- Package Your Items: Include a printed copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Package: Use a trackable carrier of your choice and retain the tracking number.
- Confirmation: Once we receive your return, you’ll get an email confirming receipt. We’ll then inspect the item(s) and notify you of your refund or replacement status within 5 business days.
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Replacements: Shipped at no additional cost once the return is approved and inventory is available.
Incorrect Address & Lost Returns
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit or shipped to the wrong address if incorrect information was provided.
- If a return is delivered back to us due to an incorrect address, you’ll be contacted for re‑shipping arrangements; applicable shipping fees will apply.
