At FriendForFun, we strive to ensure you’re delighted with every purchase. Please review our refund, exchange, and cancellation guidelines carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations & Exchanges
Cancellations
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placement.
- To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number.
- A 10% cancellation fee (of total order value) applies.
- After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges
- We cannot exchange items for changes in size, design, or quantity.
- To correct selection errors, cancel within 24 hours and place a new order.
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
- Eligible for return within 180 days of delivery.
- After 180 days, all sales are final.
Eligibility
We accept returns (and issue refunds) only if the item:
- Arrived damaged, broken, or defective
- Differs significantly in design, size, material, or description
- Is an incorrect item shipped by us
Not Eligible
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Items missing original tags
- Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., loose threads)
- Defects not attributable to FriendForFun
Refund Claim Requirements
When requesting a refund, please submit to [email protected]:
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt)
- Photos clearly showing damage or error
- Shipping label/receipt for returned package
- Any relevant correspondence
Return & Refund Process

We’ll reply within 2–3 business days with a return address and next steps. - Ship Your Return
Pack items in original condition and include your order confirmation. Customers pay return shipping; retain tracking info. - Inspection & Approval
Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you of approval or denial within 5 business days. - Refund Issuance
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days back to your original payment method (including original shipping cost).
Note: If you don’t see the refund within 10–15 days, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.
Incorrect Address & Lost Returns
- FriendForFun is not liable for returns lost or delivered incorrectly due to customer‑provided address errors.
- Returned parcels sent back to us incur additional shipping fees for re‑delivery.
