Cancel or Change Order Policy

We understand that you may need to adjust your order shortly after placing it. To ensure we can accommodate your request:

• Timeframe: You must request any cancellation or change within 4 hours of placing your order.
• How to Request: Visit our Contact Us page or email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details of the requested change.

⚠️ After the 4‑hour window, orders enter processing and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Address Accuracy

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing checkout. FriendForFun is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• If your order is returned to us due to an address error, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the package.
